Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Operation Manager to oversee and optimize the bank’s daily operations. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient workflow, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise all branch-level operational activities and ensure process efficiency
  • Manage cash handling, account opening, KYC compliance, and audit preparation
  • Monitor and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Coordinate with sales, customer service, and compliance teams
  • Resolve operational issues and ensure customer satisfaction
